Crafted using the ancient Japanese Raku technique, these pieces embody my fascination with the process. Swift firing, delicate extraction from the kiln, and alchemical transformation in a reduction chamber create a dance with earth, wind, fire, and water. The abstract surfaces bear unique markings from organic materials or flames, telling the elemental narrative on each piece.
